GEA LIVING GUIDE · 13 OCTOBER 2026
Working remotely from the Trogir Riviera
A sea view can make a working day more pleasant, but it cannot replace a comfortable desk, a dependable connection or a home that lets you switch off after the last call. For remote work on the Trogir Riviera, start with the working routine you need and choose your accommodation around it.
Look beyond the Wi-Fi label
All three GEA residences have high-speed Wi-Fi connected through fibre-optic internet. No specific download or upload speed is promised on this website. If your work involves video calls, large file transfers or a company VPN, ask to test the connection from the room you will use, with your own equipment where possible. Check the upload performance as well as the download result, and discuss any technical requirements before deciding.
Give work its own place
The Penthouse Suite has a separate private lounge with a home office desk. That is useful when work needs a defined place rather than taking over the dining table. Its three en-suite bedrooms also give residents separate private rooms. Apartment A and Apartment B offer two-bedroom layouts; if you plan to work from either apartment, assess the furniture and available work surface during a viewing. A dedicated office desk is confirmed for the Penthouse, not for every unit.
Separate working time from time at home
Before you move, decide where calls will happen, where another resident can rest and how you will put work away in the evening. Think about room layout, light, seating and the position of sockets. A useful viewing question is not simply whether the apartment has enough space, but whether two people could use it differently at the same time. The Penthouse’s separate lounge gives you an additional room to plan around.
Choose comfort for the whole year
GEA is presented as a home for long-term living, with underfloor heating and heating and cooling throughout every apartment and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchens include ovens and dishwashers, and each unit has its own washing machine. Dedicated garage parking and lift access support everyday arrivals and errands. Utilities are charged separately according to actual consumption, so your home-working schedule belongs in your household budget too.
Build movement into your routine
The Penthouse includes an exercise bike and space for exercise, as well as two private terraces and a terrace jacuzzi. All residents have access to the shared swimming pool. Outdoors, the Seget Tourist Board describes the coastal promenade towards Medena. Choose activities that fit around work and check the route and any relevant use arrangements; these amenities are part of the residence, not a scheduled wellness or coworking programme.
Match the rental to your plans
Published GEA prices apply to a 12-month rental: €1,500 per month for Apartment A or B, and €5,000 per month for the Penthouse, with utilities charged separately. The advance combines the first month’s rent and a deposit of the same amount. A rental agreement certified by a notary public is required. Tell us your preferred dates, number of residents and work requirements so you can assess the right unit and arrange a viewing.
