Every residence is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, oven, dishwasher and its own washing machine. High-speed Wi-Fi with a fibre-optic connection, underfloor heating and air conditioning with heating and cooling in all rooms support a longer stay. Each apartment has its own allocated garage space; a lift is available.
All three residences have access to the shared swimming pool. The Penthouse adds a separate lounge with a home office, an exercise bike and workout area, two private terraces and a terrace jacuzzi. Its three bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, with an additional bathroom and separate WC.

What is the rental period?
The published offer is for a 12-month rental. Include your preferred move-in date in your enquiry so availability can be confirmed.
How much is the monthly rent?
Apartment A and Apartment B are each €1,500 per month. Penthouse Suite is €5,000 per month. Utilities are additional and charged according to actual consumption.
Are utilities included?
No. Utilities are paid separately according to actual consumption. Confirm the charges, billing method and payment schedule before signing the rental agreement.
What does the advance payment include?
The advance includes the first month’s rent and a deposit of the same amount: €3,000 in total for Apartment A or B, and €10,000 for the Penthouse.
What are the deposit conditions?
The deposit is €1,500 for Apartment A or B and €5,000 for the Penthouse. It is returned if no damage has been caused.
Is a rental agreement required?
Yes. A rental agreement is mandatory and must be certified by a notary public. Confirm the draft, procedure and any certification costs directly.
Is parking included with the home?
Each unit has its own allocated parking space in the garage. The building has a lift. Apartment A is on the first floor, B on the second, and the Penthouse on the top floor.
Can I work from the apartment?
All units have high-speed Wi-Fi with a fibre-optic connection. The Penthouse has a separate lounge with a home office desk. If you have specific connection or workspace requirements, discuss them and test the setup during a viewing.
What equipment is supplied?
All homes are furnished, with fully equipped kitchens including ovens and dishwashers, their own washing machines, underfloor heating and air conditioning with heating and cooling in every room. Shared pool access is available.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Choose the apartment and send your move-in date, rental duration and number of residents through the enquiry form. It prepares a WhatsApp or email message for you to review and send. An enquiry does not reserve a property.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted.
Who uses the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is shared by the building’s residents and is used at their own risk.
